Broken Centurion Pay Phone Indicator

When I worked for Bell Canada (summer job)in the mid seventies, it was during the switch over from 3 slot pay phones to the NE Centurion. This little plastic sign was made to stick in the single coin slot in case the phone became inoperable.
This one never got used because once it was put in it would break trying to get it out.
The picture is in the proper orientation as it would be used on the phone.

Neat! This is the first time I have seen one of these. Too bad you couldn't have saved a bunch of them!

Thanks, John. Believe it or not, quite a few are still in service here, along with of course, Millenniums. I have two (and a half) Centurions, one in a booth outside the museum, and another in the museum entranceway. Both work, though the one outside isn't connected to a line.
