sorry so late responding.  Yes, the 706 is the correct receiver to match that transmitter.  I could read the perch 50 with the 151 stamped over it, but I could also tell it was a 50 by the patent dates on the base of the phone.  Here's a nice website that helps you match up parts and dates for the various WE candlesticks
