That's pretty funny.  Someone melts the front of the phone, so it looks like a grille from a 30's model chevy, and the bidding is now up to $65.   Can that be considered folk art?

I saw that listing the other day.  I am thinking of melting some of my plastic phones and listing them ;)

A lot of "low" feedback numbers in those bidders including the current winner (with 45 minutes to go) who has a "0" feedback number.

$76 + $10 s/h. for a melted 302.  I must not be thinking outside the box enough.  must start collecting melted phones.............

No, no, it must be a rare prototype!  From before WE settled on the rectangular design we all know & love!

Here's to hoping that melted phones don't catch on.  The "Rorschach phone" that Terry found was OK because no original phones were destroyed to make it.  But melted 302s...   ...."Doc, I've been having this persistent bad dream where all the 302s were melted..."
