I believe that diagram illustrates a North Dial in the wiring, but it appears to be the same config as an AE dial which the set pictured seems to be fitted with. I say this because these North desk and wall sets were fitted from the factory with WE, North, and AE dials, and are sometimes pictured as such on their respective diagrams. If another dial has been substituted along the way, it can sometimes cause fits when re-wiring!

This one from the TCI Library shows as 4H6, but I believe that they are the same. Any original North 7H6 colored set "should" have the WE #5 dial wiring illustrated on the condenser.
