Found this listed on ebay - a card measuring about 3 1/2" X 5 1/2" from the Penn'a Telephone Co. detailing how to place a call dated Aug. 5, 1884 - sent an offer & got it for $12.00

A google search turned up a listing for this company in The City Record dated Dec.21, 1906
