Old Painted Sign in our little town...

I don't know if this is the proper place for this, but I noticed this sign painted on one of the old brick buildings in our little town of Manitou Springs, Colorado.

There is an alley behind the building and as you can see in one of the photos, a stream runs UNDER the building.  The town is built in a pretty tight valley at the base of Pikes Peak.

I thought the sign was pretty cool.   (I don't think the sign is for sale, but with the recent flooding issues the town has had, you might be able to get a good deal on the whole building!)

That's a pretty cool sign! Even better that it's in YOUR own town!

Things might get pretty hectic there during the flood season! If the water level gets too high in that river, you could have a floating building on your hands!
