I can't find the model number#

By the components it is a 534.  But the cow gongs were only used on ringers that had the bells outside the subset.  Does the cover have slots and do the posts extend over the edge of the base?

What is bolted to the cover?

Interesting!
Have not seen anything like it.
I had the suspicion that those gongs would not fit inside entirely.

So what are the 4 bolts in the cover for? Maybe the same handyman's work.

Looks like one of those bolts has damaged the diagram and obliterated the model #.  I can see a '5' there at the bottom and possibly just a bit of a '3' so unbeldi is likely correct; a 534(A?) but with 'custom' work to accommodate the gongs and what ever those bolts are for.
