How do you wire a 61A filter to the dial of a Western Electric 302?  Where do the wires go?

Yellow filter lead to Y on dial
Black filter lead to BK on dial
Red filter lead to terminal on the filter bracket
Move brown-yellow hookswitch lead from Y on dial to terminal on the filter bracket

Are those the  2 little screws that attach the filter to the bracket?

Y and BK are on the dial. The "filter bracket terminal" is shown in the left of this photo, with the red wire connected:
