This looks real to me, but this not my area so could anyone tell me anything about this '#23' double sided enamel Bell sign please.
Approximate age and what I should be paying for it would also help.

I like the #23 mark, which is not always present.  I just sold one for $75, the logo was intact but it was missing some porcelain at the flange
