I know!

They are all not in the TCI Library yet.

Our first priority is to add documents to the Library that aren't readily available elsewhere on the internet. When our volunteers have more time or we get several additional volunteers we will begin the process of adding BSPs and other documents from other sites.

For BSPs, we have provided links to several other sites to check when you don't find a file in the TCI Library.

The links can be found from the BSP page:
https://www.telephonecollectors.info/index.php/browse/bsps-bell-system

by following the link labeled "Links to other sources of BSP's" which leads here:
https://www.telephonecollectors.info/index.php/links/other-bsp-sources

Anyone care to volunteer to help the Library grow faster?

I thought the library already had most of the PDF files from him.... or did they just want to have the link available for everyone? from what I understand, Etler was(is) a professor at a university.... am I right? its been awhile.....

That is quite the site, never been there before. A lot of useful and interesting files for sure.

I thought for sure the files hadf already been shared... but, I guess not.... wasn't Etler part of the collectors group?

John,

Sam is a regular contributor to the Library and has given us permission to upload whatever we want. He has also helped us on many projects.

We do not have enough Library volunteer time to upload everything on his site at this time -- or probably in the near future.

When determining what we want volunteers to work on, we give higher priority to working on documents that are not available elsewhere. Anything on Sam's site is safely preserved for historians, so there's no huge rush to move them into the Library. We plan to get to them all eventually.

That said, we have uploaded many of Sam's files that are of general interest and that come up in discussions reasonably frequently, so they can be found in a Library search.

In general, it's good to remember the statement on the Library's home page:
"Don't expect to find every document you might want here.
Even though we have a lot of documents, there are many, many more that we need to find and add."

If you don't find something in the Library, always check other on-line resources.

We would do more, faster with more hands on deck.

If you have specific suggestions on sections of Sam's site that should be given higher priority, let me know.
