Weco dial-in unit KS-19594-L2

well, I made an interesting buy... picked up a dial in unit from ebay and don't know what to do with it.... first off, I need the BSP... not in the library, that I can find... don't know where to start. does anyone know what this thing really costs?? brand new! got it from a lady in SoCal. so, I guess it goes to a switch board? Hmmmm. help! help!       John
