I should of gave that information. Ingram Richards made porcelain telephone signs for the Bell System and independent telephone companies.  along with other porcelain coated products such as license plates. They were located in Beaver Falls PA. They went out of business in the 1960s (?) when the demand for porcelain coated products declined.
