I was keeping this $185 shipped Green 302 under wraps until it arrived, but in the meantime Larry showed off his even nicer $49 BIN 302!!!  Oh well here it is:

Complete except for the fingerwheel

Chunk missing from the handset is the biggest issue

The beginnings of a corner crack

6J dial

A little rusty down below

The phone was really tight and needed some baking and a little careful prying before loosening up.  I am really pleased with it overall.  Now if only I had a green handset to replace the cracked one, I'd be golden ::)

I bought this off eBay a while back with the intention of fixing it up:

If you look closely you will notice the slight cosmetic blemish in the right front corner in the form of a 4 inch crack.

It does have a relatively nice handset though, and the base is spotless.  I will need a new fingerwheel, though.

The phones are dated 9-53 and 11-53, Larry's phone is from 12-53.  Late 1953 was a good time to be a green 302.

Gee.  I am awfully sorry.  Now I feel guilty.
