Found An Old Aladdin Accessory

When I was little, in the house my family had in Michigan, They had an old aladdin lamp of brass with a rounded font that could either stand on it's own or be placed in it's brass arm wall mount.  It was removed and put into storage when they remodeled and eventually the lamp was lost.  I was going a couple of boxes I hadn't looked into for years and found the wall mount.  It fits the much newer font of my current lamp nicely.  I just wish I had an appropriate place to mount it.

Quite an ornate piece, would definitely suit a place where the decor is more traditional and decorative than later styles...

Just don't forget to use a smoke bell over the lamp if you do put it to use, maintaining about 18" minimum distance from the ceiling...
