What phone? USN, 1980s

OK, fellas (and gals, too)

When I was stationed on a (USN ship) in the 80's, we had wall (OK, bulkhead... :) ) mounted telephones that had a push button to release the handset.  Any ideas what it was?

Probably in that time-frame Stromberg Carlson a (division of defense contractor, General Dynamics), and Dynalec were the primary suppliers of shipboard communications. Your will occasionally see their instruments show-up on eBay.
