I won the following three auctions all within the space of two minutes on eBay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/121259510347?

A Western Electric 150-D dial plate for $47.  When you see these you buy them.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/281250596306?

A lot of parts which includes 12 Western Electric binding posts, at least one hex nut, a bias spring and what looks like an intact cord for a WE spade-pin receiver cord for $16.50

A pair of Western Electric 132-B dial plates for $42.  It just so happens that I have two 2AB dials that need dial plates.  That sure beats $122!

Wow, nice eBay goodies! I spy a few subset gong guards in that lot of miscellaneous parts, you never know when you need one of those :D. I bet you will find yourself waiting next to the door on the expected delivery date of the parts, checking the time and counting down to when USPS normally arrives at your house ;D.

Considering that USPS has apparently lost two packages this month, the answer is yes.

The other one I own was found on a 251 with a frequency ringer

The 251 is a 302 variant that was sold to independent telcos.  The 251 had no ringer-the smaller telcos supplied their own, often harmonic or frequency ringers.  Straight line ringers are also found.  The handset will be marked F-1w and have no Bell System markings.  It is otherwise the same as a 302.  Here is a link to the discussion of WE dial plates:

The 150-D is rare and was only used by a very small minority of Independent telcos.
