Am I missing something about this 293A?

This is a nice old walnut 293A with OST receiver and nice original cord. It has the patent dates and hex screws holding the bells on.  It is missing the original nickel plated *229* transmitter with thumb bolt however.  I paid $35 for one a few months back, without the OST, only it had the transmitter and bolt (OK so it was painted pink).  I paid $60 for one this exact phone only with a 144 receiver (OK so it was painted black).  Can an OST receiver add that much value?  Or is it the contents of the secret note???

$75-125 is the range for a 122, occasionally $150 for a real nice example..  That leaves $205 for the rest of the box including the incorrect transmitter!!!
