Seller Listing Title:  "Rare Western Electric Bell System 10 Button Princess Telephone Dated 8/65"
Condition:  "Used"
Condition Qualifier:  "Age appropriate wear - Phone selling as is in as found condition - see text for additional information"

Listing Description:  "These were only made for a short period of time most likely at the Western Electric plant in Indianapolis.  This was during the era when the star and pound button capabilities were still being developed. The phone is marked on the bottom of the base as Bell System and again dated "August 1965". The ear piece is dated 6/65 with the handle being marked "G3 Western Electric".  The phone is in working condition with one exception.  I was able to transmit or make a call,  but when  receiving a call the ringer didn't ring?   And the actual color might have been either a light blue or green?  I have added a couple of pictures as to exhibit the true color without any lighting.  There is a sticker on the front as to some kind of information line but I am not certain what for?  There are no chips cracks or breaks to the plastic housing but the color has apparently faded from possibly direct sunlight? Thus due to these issues it is being sold on an "as is" basis for the purpose of restoration."
