Samson was made in Canton MASS, very close to me. I picked this up for $10, it was a mess.
Wood is now beautiful, great grain and the nickel came out okay? I could not find a MP to fit, so I tried a SC that all the Bakelite was burned off of and it fits pretty tight, but very wrong.
I have a Samson Watchcase...somewhere. I just love working on the old wood. This was put together to last forever, patent dates '03....Doug
That's a keeper for sure, very nice Doug.
I love those "Hotel" phones, had one years ago hooked up in my privy right above the paper roll, LOL!
