Finished the 20-S / 20SC Drop Hook - Side Screw Shaft

I finally consider the 20-S 'finished'. It's been converted to a 20SC which is stamped on the other side of the perch.

Got a side-screw shaft and base off a lamp of all places! I really like the look of the 'drop' receiver hook. Very nice 128-B dial card holder with an original phone number of '12'.

Dennis hooked me up with a base cover with only 2 holes. May not be correct but I love the look. Any comments on the 2 hole cover? (photos attached).
