A few weeks ago I found this Western Electric D76869, sometimes called an A1.
$75 Buy-It-Now on Ebay and $24 shipping.

There have been at least a couple others of these in the past year with low But-It-Now, so maybe they aren't as scarce as they used to be.

The cords were in tatters, and the grooved E1 handset had a couple of chips.  I replaced the handset with a seamless E1 with a good cord and a nice base cord.  The bottom still needs new felt, when I find a good match.  There are some bad spots in the paint, but I'm leaving it for now.  It fills a hole in my collection.
The first picture is before, the second is after.  Not a big transformation, but good enough for display.
