Different Western Electric 4H Dial

I got this in a D1 202 From Brimfield last week.

I have never seen a 4H with Orange vermilion for the BK BB and R along Green Vermilion Tel Co Property.

What I really thought was strange as there is no upgrade date to a 4H but it has the holes for a #2 finger stop. It is in immaculate condition...Doug

Strange that they changed the orientation of the wires on the terminal block.
I wonder if it was a factory misstamp and they fixed it by ink stamping the correct orientation
instead of trashing it?

It was probably converted at the WE repair shop from a 2E Central Office/PBX dial to a 4H.

Are the original terminal designations Y B R GN and W ?

That would certainly explain the finger stop screw holes too, I missed that.
