I've been looking at these on eBay https://tinyurl.com/mv2bd69j and was wondering at this time of unrest over there would it drastically interfere with getting a phone from over there?
The seller hasn't a lot of feedback but, what they have is all good except one complaining about added shipping cost after the auction close. Any thoughts on this are greatly appreciated.

These come up for sale fairly often. IIRC a member here had one for sale a while back.

Yes, they seem to be sold by several different sellers on eBay, a lot missing parts or with wrong parts.
I didn't purchase this one but, I did purchase one I thought was in better esthetic condition and that all its exterior
parts and the correct ones from what little I could find out about them.
They sorta remind me a little of a Rauland Amplicall that so many refer to the Perry Mason because he had one on his desk in the series.

Looking forward to seeing photos :).  Did you find it in the US?

Don't I wish! No it'll be probably 2 months before I get it but, I need to work on my patience
and this will certainly help, LOL!

Well, it seems my Soviet Multi-line Business phone has finally reached the states and may be delivered shortly, that is if they'd quit playing tag with it. Seems as it hit Dallas someone thought it be funny to send it to Oklahoma and they decided to send it to El Paso (at the other end of Texas from me) and now its back to Dallas. I smell a polecat in the hen-house. This has happened before and no one seemed to have an explanation for it at USPS. I can understand this happening once in a blue moon but, several times, whats up? I took a screen shot of it because I've seen these tracking logs get edited and they tell me I must have been mistaken, so somebodies also trying to cover their rear. Now they won't be able to since I have proof, I just hope I don't have to use it.

Well, I finally got it and it looks pretty good EXCEPT, the finger wheel got busted somehow. I'm assuming on the way here because his photos don't show it and nor does he state anything. I'm hoping with all the ones he's selling he'll send me a finger wheel to replace it because I haven't a clue where to pick one of these jasper's up. Anyway, I haven't opened it up but, by the weight and looking at how many screws are coming through the base I doubt anything is missing. Its going to get set aside for awhile because I have others in the fire right now and I need to find out if I'm going to get a replacement finger wheel or not for it. Here it be!

You should be able to repair the finger wheel in the short term with careful application of cyanoacrylate super glue, after a good cleaning.  In the long term, you can probably find a replacement.  I have seen Soviet dials for sale online many times on Etsy and ebay over the years, and I even bought one for cheap once to install into one of my Soviet phones: Forum Link.

Thank you Larry, I did think about repairing it with super glue but, there's a piece missing and I'm just too much
of a perfectionist to over look it. But, thank you for letting me know about the dials on Etsy, didn't know that.
I'll keep an eye out for one if the seller can't help me out other then maybe a small refund.

Oh, And oddly enough I'm watching the same phone you purchased back then but, with a dial. Just watching though , I promised myself no more phones for a while. I hope I can keep my promise, LOL!

RDPipes

Well, after messaging the seller he was very nice and understanding and told me that it may take a little time but, he'd find another dial for me and send it my way. And I did look on Etsy and found several dials that look to be the same for $6 and up but, there all in the Ukraine also but, at least it gives me a back up plan. Thank you again Larry!

Apparently, as inefficient as the socialists were at producing goods, they were even worse at distributing them, so there plenty of NOS Soviet phones and parts still sitting around.

Those 5 year plans set production goals even if there was more made than demand

Yes, I got one a couple of years back still in the original packaging. I have not opened the box yet!

Hmm!, NOS in the box you say............sounds tempting Harry.
I'll have to think about that. You must have gotten two of'em then eh?
