Southern Mass Tel Co 2-piece nail spool/line insulator

I seek out items from the Southern Massachusetts Telephone Company, which operated in the "South Coast" of Massachusetts, Cape Cod and Southeastern RI.  I turned up this small two piece spool insulator.  It is marked S.M.T. Co.  I am told it is rare and desirable by collectors of such things.  It set me back four dollars and change.
