I'm new to the site and I have a couple of questions about a Gray 10A playstation that I have.  I got this unit when I taught telephony at the Coast Guard Training Center in NYC during the 1970s where it was displayed in my office.  I recently decided to "restore" it and everything is complete with the exception of the transmitter and the drawer lock.  The transmitter does not appear to be original to the station as it is date stamped 1938 on the coil assembly.  Also, it appears that at one time the transmitter cup and faceplate were nickel plated as there are remnants of the plating.  Also, the mount for the transmitter is still nickel plated.  I presume the transmitters were WE and I was wondering which type would more closely match what was on the phone.  As for the lockset, any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
