It has been a long time since I played with fire wood, but It looks like a WE crank to me.
If you know the thread of a WE crank you could check it with a bolt (assuming it isn't an odd thread).

I am not sure if that one is too long???
The sample I have borrowed, appears smaller??? So, maybe more than one option???
I have included a pic. I hope this is the correct one.
This phone was modified, and incomplete when I got it.
Let me sort this out, and I will get back to you.
I have one other possibility to look at.

Mine is exactly the same. It's from a 315H with 22 magneto. It seems to be 2" long to the center of the threads, the threaded shank is 1 3/8" and the thread seems to be 1/4" of a pretty standard pitch.

Thank-you for the details Butch.
I am pretty sure this is the last generation of WE cranks. The early stuff was more ornate. Any compatible crank is better than no crank.
