Here is a link for a document preservation site.
http://www.nedcc.org/resources/leaflets.introduction.php

They have various leaflets availiable. They also have sources for preservation supplies.

The best way to preseve the info contained in your telephone "paper" is to scan it and have Remco host it.

A good site regarding scanning is:
http://www.samhallas.co.uk/repository/scanning.htm

A good format for sending scanned documents is :
yousendit.com

A good place to send scanned telephone documents is:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/tele_doc_drop/

From here it can get into collectors hands and also archives of telephone documents.  Remco can "clean-up" your documents and host them.

Remco's Telephone document site is:
http://sc.infc.info/
