I just looked at the picture of inside the bottom and I cannot see the date stamp. It may be under the wires. Looks good.

I agree with Doug, every phone doesn't have to be a working phone, display it and be very proud of it!

I went straight to it after seeing the photo, hiding under the wire as Harry said.

So this is 130 - first quarter 1930.
Date in handset photo on page 1 is 230 - second quarter 1930.

I had spotted that receiver marking but had no idea it was a date, I remember thinking wonder what that means...

I just love learning.
