Just noticed in the picture of the ringer, the handset cord restraint is marked 7 | 3 and the gong has a partial fingerprint from a long time ago. Other than the normal corrosion due to the plastic feet, this phone is in remarkably clean condition. Only half a day to see how many buyers still need/want one.

And the winner of Auction Contest #209 is 19and41 who with the 5th entry into the contest offered the winning guess of $475.00 giving him his 2nd auction contest win, and that would be two wins in a row. Where does he get those numbers? So a big congratulations goes out to 19and41 for his second win in the CRPF Auction Contests and for moving up one rung in the Contest Standings.

The phone was won by a familiar buyer, h***m ( 1359 ), by placing his first and only bid 7 seconds before the auction ended to take the phone home for $465.00. The phone started a bit high at $155 and stayed there for all 5 days of the auction. But, within a few hours of the auction ending, it rose to about $384 and jumped up to $460 with about 8 minutes to go. It then got one snipe at the very end. The auction saw 6 buyers placing 43 bids.

Thanks again to all who played. As always, there is only one way to get on the winner's board or move up a rung - you have to play to win.
