WE 304 Help AGAIN!!

I found this nice 302, that when opened was a 304. I always have trouble with them With the black from the ringer of the red from the line cord on L1, it rings fine, conversation is great....doesn't dial out. I remove the black from the ringer from from L1, conversation is great, dials out....no ring.

Where does the black from the ringer go?.....Doug

Doug, there should be nothing connected to the "M" terminal on the 101B.

Connect the slate and slate-red ringer wires together. Since you have a 2-conductor line cord (connected to L1 and L2), the GND terminal is a good blind terminal for doing this.

Then, connect the ringer as follows:
Red to L1
Black to K

Condenser:
Yellow to L2
Slate to K
