I just found what I believe to be a Chicago candlestick online, so I bought it.  I will be needing a mouthpiece for it, so I am open to advice on where to get one.

Should be a 13/16 course thread.  I buy a lot of mouthpieces from an Ebay seller "lggrave".  They sell repaired bakelite mouthpieces - I've always had good luck with them, and I prefer the looks of a repaired original bakelite over a reproduction mouthpiece.

You might want to replace the Kellogg rec also. Un marked Chicago receivers should not be hard to find but a Chicago Telephones Satisfy cap might get expensive.
