6 wire 228A

does anyone know if WE/ATT ever made a 228A modular backplate in a 6 wire version. I was upgrading my phone wiring from old station wire to 4 pair cable and found that the wall jack is a 6 wire jack. if I wanted to put a 558, or a 2558 in, how would I be able to do it w/o having to hard wire it?? I've never seen a 6 wire 228A backplate.... do they even exist?
