well guys... I think I discovered the problem with the TCI Library and the stalled downloads.... it was a DOS Attack on Centurylinks lines which caused great havoc this past week... if you watch the news, you probably heard about the massive outage and all that... my friends and I were talking about it and the "Denial Of Service" attack came up.... thus the problem I was having with trying to download PDF files from the TCI Library... it seems to be fixed now, but whoever did that is in BIG trouble! Multi-State internet outage and Government offices being effected! heads are going to roll! (providing they find these people!)
