Oh, and that was very well said about why we all collect artifacts from the past D/P!

Kittybell

Okay, here are some noir pictures. Can you guess what's happened in the first one?

And the second one is the meanest woman in film noir...Vera!

Yeah, try using a modern day phone as a lethal weapon.

Does this mean we all have to register our vintage phones?

So where does Ida Lupino fit into all of this?

Sorry, you silly men, it's not Ida Lupino, it's Ann Savage! The film is Detour!

Careful guys, Kitty's got claws!
If you're a long way from home,
Can't sleep at night.
Grab your telephone,
Something just ain't right.

Dan/Panther

Did you notice that the dial card ring and card are missing from the phone?
For what it's worth I did know that was not Ida Lupino, but I did not know who she really was.

You rock, Dan/Panther! My husband was watching this and said "why does that phone have one cord and your phone has two?" I said, "It must be a prop!" :D

Dan/Panther

Thank you Kittybell, don't pay attention to McHeath, it's his turn to be out for the day.
