ITT 554 B Ringer Assist

All, I have a ITT 554 B which I have not dealt with before.  There is a separate board under the dial which I cannot crack the code on.  I placed my L1/L2 on terminal 1 and 2 where there was an electronic ringer wired to but I would like to get rid of that and use the standard bell ringer on the phone.  I can see the ringer red goes to 3 and Black to 4.  Anyone have a schematic or can you advise what I need to change up to get this ringer to work?  Appreciate your help, have a great one.  Tim

This is a Stromberg Carlson (S-C) 2-line phone. It sounds like the ringer is connected to the second line. So try moving the red and black ringer wires to 1 and 2.
