My first TT, 72 ITT "mutt".

I've been looking for a bright orange phone, but the rotaries in good shape are hard to find and the competition fierce, so they usually go for a premium price which I was a little reluctant to pay.  Same for the TTs.

I found this "mutt" on ebay for $35 including shipping.  Case and handset in fairly good shape, minor scratches and scuffs, matching line cord, handset cord in very good shape.  The "mutt' part is it's actually a NE base with an ITT case and a Stromberg-Carlson handset.  No matter, the price was right and it's still purty!  I'll still hunt for bargain "pure breds".
The idea that a four-year degree is the only path to worthwhile knowledge is insane.

My red AT&T 2500 is in the same boat, the base being NE and the case & handset marked as AT&T, and being modular, though yours has a better condition shell than mine does... :D
