Contempra insert

My new Contempra is missing the insert that covers the base retaining screw. I was going to use a number card insert lie those found in W.E TT phones and trimlines.  I discovered that the WE insert is smaller than the the space that I wanted to put it in and won't stay put.  Are Contempra windows bigger or is there a special plastic piece that fits in the recess?  I was going print the word Contempra on paper and stick it under the clear plastic.

I can't tell you anything about Trimlines because being in the UK I've never seen one in the flesh. I can tell you about that little window in a Contempra though. It's not a flat piece of plastic. It should have an extra bit at each end that hooks under the plastic surround which is how it holds in. There's a tiny hole in one end of it that you put a pin into so you can bend the window upwards enough to get it out again.

I think they're fitted to other phones too, but I can't remember what. I guess they were fairly standard at one time though.
