I have one similar to this, but it's not in as good of shape as this one.  What's going against it is the seller's town is an hour's drive one-way, and I'm not really inclined towards payphones.  Price seems ok given it has all the keys and looks like it's in good shape.  The thought crossed my mind to offer a partial trade for mine which is rigged for home use and fully functions.  Here's a link to mine:

Payphone installer

First thing you do is remove the upper lock,it is a money box lock and if you loose the key you will never get it open. You want to replace it with a 29A.
