I have obtained a WE 211 KTU and need to know what its purpose was... based on the schematic, its part of the ICM circuitry. It has a resistance lamp for the ringers, but other then that I'm not sure what its purpose was... can anyone help me?

The 211A is somewhat similar to a 16A plus an 11A in that it provides an interrupted common audible signal plus a ringing lamp circuit.  But in addition to those functions it also provides battery noise suppression and one intercom line circuit.
The 211A is for a KTS panel, while the 16A is mounted on a bracket.

The practice for the 211A is C71.341.2.

Thank you. I'll look up the practice.
