According to Matilo's page the type was built by BTMC in Antwerp, but also in North America and other European places:

Especially danish or belgian phones often went to "refurbishers" for a second life in the antique business.

According to Matilo's page the type was built by BTMC in Antwerp, but also in North America and other European places:

North American production only existed for a short period during and immediately after WW1 when the BTMC factory was out of action. Telephones made there were not used in North America; they were sent to fulfil BTMC orders.
