This is an Automatic Electric Starlite with illuminated dial. Pink plastic with very minimal discoloring of PINK plastic. The translucent Lucite is yellowed however including dial plate and plungers. Dial plate has some scratches.

I will include a replacement fingerwheel (not installed) as the original is broken. This is a no screw type fingerwheel.

Cords are in excellent condition.

Dial illumination is tested and works.

Only awaits your line and dial illumination power connected to the 5 conductor line cord.

You consider 1969 a "Later" one?

Early AE Starlight sets had 110 VAC for dial illumination.
The later sets used a transformer.

The ones with the plastic base plate are the later ones.

I think in either case the circuit that powered and illuminated the dial was the same . As I understand it, it was a matter of the phone having an 110V plug or Having power sent up 2 of the conductors of the phone cord. I do believe the illuminating discs are all the same

The later starlites had a current limiting resistor plug that could be mistaken for a transformer.
