Modular jack on Trimline

Is this part easily replaceable? If so, how is it removed.

That's unfortunate, but fixable. First you have to find a replacement Jack. Then remove the rivets and replace the Jack, then using a pop rivet tool with 1/8" X 3/8" long rivets re attach the bracket by putting the rivets right through the feet and squeezing the tool a few times till it pops. Then wire the new Jack and your done.
I've done it a few times fixing these bases.
It's either that or find a replacement AC2 base.
I think those were 616-T jacks.
