Payphones and Enclosure

Picked these up from CL this week. I dont think the pay phones are anything special. The guy I bought them from told me they do not have the circuit boards in them. Could they still be wired for home use?

The enclosure was never installed and obviously exclusive to Atlanta.

Depends how empty they are. The touchpad probably doesn't work without the circuit board inside. It won't be a DTMF unit. Otherwise with a network out of some other phone you may be able to turn it into a phone to answer calls on at least.
