Replacing the armature/clapper on B-Type Ringers & Question

First, here's a way to remove, replace and re-secure the B-Type ringer's armature/clapper and pivot pin that might help for those of you who've had to replace a damaged clapper/armature on a B-Type ringer.

The pivot pin can be tapped out with a scratch-awl with a point small enough to sit in the "dimple" on the pin's  top, and a hammer; A small ball-peen type is suggested for this. Extract it the remainder of the way with pliers carefully.

Remove the coil/clapper/armature assembly from the ringer so you can remove the assembly. Add the new armature/clapper assembly, then turn the coil/clapper armature assembly over. Insert the pin, being sure it aligns in the holes for it on the coil.
(TIP: The pin's head faces the bottom of the ringer when assembled)

Next put a tiny drop of threadlocker on the head of the pivot pin just below its head.  Be careful not to put excess that might foul and "lock-up" the clapper/armature. Tap the pin down until it's head sits atop the bottom tab of the assembly & wipe away excess.
Be sure the biasing spring will go into notches on the coil. Re-assemble the ringer to its frame; Make sure the finished assembly will move freely after it cures. It will take about 24 hours.

Depending on how permanent you wish, use blue threadlocker for a assembly you can you can disassemble later, or red threadlocker if a more permanent fix is desired.

(My Question Is:  I have a B1AL ringer marked in a red square on back of the frame "SC B822A". It is a red stripe coil one dated 1/44... Could it be from a military set?  Advice appreciated.)
