7A Dial question

Fresh from my (our) success with my yellow 500 7D, I have another question - how do I strip the cam lobe off my 7A Dial?

Tom, when I remove the cam lobe, I just take a screw driver and carefully pry it upward.  There are four pieces in total.  Two plastic pieces and two small copper or brass washers.  Make sure you note the order in which they come off.
