Interesting, rarely seen lollipop style sign

I saw this. Is it legit?

If you look on page 425 of Knappen's Payphone History there is a line drawing that looks like it came from a Bell System catalog or BSP. It appears to be the same sign.

Looks like the buyer never re-listed.  It is an interesting and apparently rare sign.  I'm not sure it's $595 interesting, but I think it would fetch a decent price.

It could potentially reach $500, but no one wants to start out at the high end.
