Just found this thread Kenny, so very sorry for you and your friend.

I saw her yesterday she was swollen very bad but I held her hand and told her I loved her and I couldn't say much more. She had had some test results back and they said it would be a miricale if she made it til this time next week. I walked by her pew tonight and her bible was right there in the little red cover. I loved this woman dearly and she will forever be a part of my life. Thanks guys/ girls for your support and prayer

I am typing with a heavy heart tonight at 8:20 Sister Marie passed. She has made a huge impact on my life and a even bigger impact on Living Water United Pentecostal Church. I loved this woman dearly. I appreciate all of your prayers but now shes dancing on the streets of heaven and I wouldn't bring her back if I could.

its going to be tough but I know shes in a better place.

She worked at GM from 1953-1981 so she was there when those great yachts of the 50's rolled off the line. If you have a 1957 chevy nomad she did the welding on the bars on the topand assembled those little things that roll the window up. You could talk to her about cars and she knew what you were saying. She was a great great woman and I will never forget her.
