KS-14485-L1 and the #7 Buzzer

I ran across a buzzer for sale on ebay with a P/N of KS-14485-LI and it looks strikingly like the #7 buzzer.... does anyone know anything more about this? its mounted on a bakelite base and has the same terminal designations... was this a prototype, or a substitute?
