This has just arrived from Germany and I'm thrilled with it.
I know it was expensive, but it was one of those 'I must have it' phones and it has turned out every bit as nice as I'd hoped (works too!).
It was the unusual dial config and the pillar type cradle that attracted me.

Old telephone mix & Genest, Bakelit, sheet metal, 1934. On the bottom plate SW 20 is to be recognized (type?). Connecting cord with a connection box from sheet metal is present. The telephone rings and speaking / hearing functions also.
An old and apparently rare phone

I can see why you like that, that dial is cool. Lovely condition phone too.
Nicely found.  :)

I like how it achieves two tone ringing within the space of one bell. That's ingenious. I like it.

Congrats. Beautiful Phone.

I believe this model has been called "Weltruf".

This is very rare in that perfect condition.

Cool phone. I think the price was nice.
You should put it in the find of the month.

Thanks, it is in really nice shape - hardly looks like it has been used at all.
The only real sign of its age (approx 1934) is the fact that the rubber feet have gone a bit flat.
