Hi

How could I make a 12v bell ringer from a c4a style ringer
It would be for My phone intercom system with a rotary and a cordless phone
(Yes I know a cordless phone is not My No 1 Choice But I only have one rotary. but not for long )

I made one!

I have a 12vdc  coil that when pulsed the bell rings

If anyone wants to know how to make this

P.S this is a good use for frequency ringers

You cannot make an AC ringer ring with a DC voltage.  I have a few DC ringers lying around somewhere.
